Spinach Salad

Spinach leaves
Chopped apple
Small cheese cubs- mozzarella
Craisins

Add as much of the four ingredients as you like and refrigerate. Add chilled dressing right before serving.
Dressing:
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp chopped onions
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 Tbsp poppy seeds
1/3 cup red wine vinegar- don't use balsamic vinegar
Mix all together in blender.
